Colour services typically range from 2-4 hours depending on the technique and your hair length. Full highlights or balayage appointments usually take 2.5-3.5 hours, while simple root touch-ups take about 1.5-2 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
